These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of careermanagementgroup.com (the “Site”) and related online services offered by Career Management Group (“CMG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, submitting a form, or otherwise engaging with our online Services, you agree to these Terms.

2) Informal Information Only

The Site provides general information about CMG’s recruiting, staffing network, and workforce-intelligence offerings. Content on the Site is for informational purposes and does not create a client, candidate, employment, partnership, or agency relationship unless we expressly agree in a separate written agreement.

Any staffing, recruiting, consulting, or technology engagement is governed by a separate contract between you and CMG (or the applicable CMG affiliate/partner), not solely by these Terms.

3) Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data;
Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or automated scraping that overloads our systems;
Submit false, incomplete, or impersonating information;
Violate the privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of others.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

4) Contact Forms and Communications

If you submit a contact, discovery-call, or similar request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. You consent to CMG contacting you about your request by email, phone, or other contact details you provide.

Submission of a form does not guarantee a response timeline, placement, partnership, product access, or any particular outcome.

5) No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, financial, immigration, or other professional advice. You should obtain advice from qualified professionals regarding your specific circumstances.

6) Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, layouts, demos, and software, are owned by CMG or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and temporarily download content for personal, non-commercial use related to evaluating CMG’s services.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

7) Third-Party Sites and Tools

The Site may link to or reference third-party websites, products, or services (including partners such as staffing-network or market-intelligence offerings). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

8) Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CMG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any content will be complete or current.

9) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CMG AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CMG’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CMG and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11) Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you also acknowledge that policy.

12) Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, exclusive venue for disputes arising out of these Terms or the Site will be the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
