As Chief Executive Officer and President of Career Management Group, Joe guides the organization's strategy, innovation, partnerships, financial performance, and long-term growth.

Throughout his career, Joe has founded and led multiple staffing, consulting, and workforce technology companies. He created People Blue Book, one of the industry's earliest published sources of contingent compensation data, and later built PeopleTicker into a leading real-time rate-benchmarking platform used by Fortune 500 companies, staffing firms, MSPs, and VMS providers worldwide. Several of his companies have gone on to successful acquisitions.

Today, Joe leads Career Management Group and its portfolio of businesses, including Consulting Direct, Multiple Listing Staffing Association, and MarketRates AI.
