JASON CASTEN

Jason brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across healthcare and technology, with a track record of scaling companies, leading operational and financial strategy, and driving over $2 billion in completed transactions. He has raised hundreds of millions in growth capital for high-growth organizations and played key roles in multiple successful exits.

He has served as CFO for several tech-enabled healthcare platforms — including Assure Health, GeniusRx, and Papa — and previously held dual roles as CFO and SVP of Corporate Development at MDLIVE, a leading telehealth provider acquired by Cigna in 2021. Earlier in his career, Jason led corporate development for Watermark Medical Holdings, worked as Vice President at a Miami-based private equity fund, and advised Fortune 100 companies and top private equity firms as part of PwC’s Transaction Services team in New York City.
